Brenda

Once a tiny foundling with foxtails in her ears, Brenda gained confidence and strength with the loving care at Woods.

“Dumpling” is growing into her big dog name. In old Norse her name means ‘sword’. Now all healed (vet confirmed) from early days as a lost pup, she is learning to find her voice. She protects her family from the safety of the yard, and tells everyone she is a big dog now.

She has Kona, the Malinois, by her side, watching over her and giving her gentle guidance.

She has more toys than we can count, wonders why the cat won’t play, and considers the vacuum a worthy opponent. Brenda, forever the sweetest little Dumpling aka Peanut Butter Nugget.
